The reason is simple: the Premium range is not simply unboxed and handed over. Seat width, backrest angle, cushion type and controller configuration must be tailored to the user, and the product should be tried before delivery. Premium sales authorization is granted to locations with the showroom space, demonstration stock and trained sales advisors required to manage this process.
Our Şişli branch is one of the select Poylin Premium stores with this authorization. Explore the entire Premium range here in central İstanbul.

Choosing Mobility Products in Şişli, Beyoğlu and Central Districts
Şişli and its surroundings are among İstanbul's most challenging areas for mobility. Steep hills in Beyoğlu, Kasımpaşa and Kağıthane, narrow streets in Feriköy and Kurtuluş, stepped entrances in historic apartment buildings and elevator cabins only 60–70 cm wide directly influence product selection.
In these conditions, two criteria stand out: climbing performance and overall width. Hilly locations require high-torque motors and powerful batteries, while buildings with narrow elevators require compact or folding models. Since few models meet both needs at once, taking measurements and choosing a model in-store is particularly important in this area.
With so many hospitals around Şişli, many requests at our branch are urgent and short-term: walking support after surgery, a patient bed after discharge or a temporary wheelchair. In these situations, we discuss openly which products are genuinely needed and which would be an unnecessary expense.

Türkiye's Leading Brand in Mobility for People with Disabilities
Poylin holds approximately 40% of the Turkish market in the product categories it serves, making it the country's leading brand in mobility for people with disabilities. This leadership comes not only from sales volume but also from being the first company to introduce next-generation mobility technology to Türkiye.
The clearest example is Poylin PX12 XSTO: a stair-climbing power wheelchair with independent suspension on all four wheels, voice commands and mobile app control. There is no other product in this class in Türkiye.
Stairs up to 40 degrees
Its tracked drive system can climb 30–35 steps per minute.
Four independent motors
A separate motor for each wheel, with tracked, climbing and four-wheel-drive modes.
Suspension on all four wheels
Independent suspension with shock absorbers and a dynamic seating system that adjusts to the terrain.
AI-assisted detection
An AI-assisted safety system that detects surrounding obstacles.
Voice commands and mobile app
Control via voice commands and a smartphone app in addition to the joystick.
12 km/h and a folding frame
Clears 150 mm obstacles, crosses 350 mm gaps and features a frame that folds for transport.
At our Şişli branch, we assess this technology against the area's real-world constraints: slope gradients, elevator width and daily travel distance.
