Important Information A warranty does not mean that the product will be repaired free of charge in every situation. If the technical service inspection identifies user error, impact damage, breakage, scratches, liquid exposure, missing parts, or unauthorized modifications or repairs, the service request will be treated as outside warranty coverage.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?
Using products in accordance with the user manual is important for the warranty process. Physical damage and faults caused by use are not covered by the warranty.
- Breakage, cracks, scratches, and damage caused by impacts or falls.
- Missing parts, lost accessories, or physical deformation that occurs after purchase.
- Improper use, excessive strain, or use beyond the product's weight capacity.
- Faults caused by liquid exposure, moisture, improper storage conditions, or external factors.
- Repairs, part replacements, or technical work performed by unauthorized persons.
